Over 30 years of service experience. Brought my KTM to them, quickly diagnosed and repaired. Simce.i was looking for another vehicle I purchased a Raptor four wheeler due to the service experience I found.my sales and aervice center in Great Falls. Thumbs up Steve!

Absolutely The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Worked on my Yamaha Viking with custom wheels. Took spacers and caps off and took it upon themselves to educate me on that the wheels and tires on the machine were unsafe. I deal in custom wheels and tires and truck accessories for a living- and have had no problems with the machine in the 2 years that I've driven it . Thia could have been a mild and tamed discussion -but their service technician by the name of Jeep used constant profanities and was aggressive in his delivery and every sense of the word. I will never be back! I'm sure they have quality services work but when the owner can't address the customer service situation and allows employees to talk to customers with profane and aggressive language, furthermore , doesn't have enough backbone to step in and fix and diffuse the situation. Steer clear of this place unless you absolutely need to use them. I never give bad Google reviews but this one needed to be shared. Now I get to take all four wheels off my machine and fix what they took upon themselves to service. Brutal ...

I was five weeks into a motorcycle trip to Alaska and back when my chain started sounding pretty loose and my brake pads were clearly needing replacing. I was near Great Falls so I googled motorcycle repair and saw some reviews on Steve SportsCenter, which sounded pretty good. Hoping he could help me out quickly. I showed up about 9:30 in the morning. Steve turned out to be a super Nice guy, and even though he was extremely busy, he promised to get me in as quickly as he could. He sent me across the street to get some breakfast while his Mechanic “Jeep” Got to work on my bike. Within an hour and a half he had my chain adjusted and lubed, my brake pads replaced, air pressure on my tires checked, and my bike test driven to make sure it was all good. I can’t thank Steve and Jeep enough! These are the kind of old-school motorcycle shops we need more of, places that actually care about the customer, care about the work, care about their reputation, And are willing to help a biker in need without a lot of Fanfare. You guys are incredible!

Have been in here multiple times for parts and have never been disappointed. Got a chain and sprocket online for my street bike not realizing the chain needed a special tool to rivet together. Steve riveted chain together while the bike was on the back of my truck an didn't charge me for it. Top tier service.

Great experience every time. I’ve bought two bikes from here and both have been excellent, excellent customer service and Steve is very knowledgeable of his products. 10/10 place
